Just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for believing in Janesh. I am Josh Williams and I am a junior at Guilford College, a division three football team in Greensboro N.C. I play fullback and slot for the Quakers.
Janesh's focus is on the promotion of under exposed athletes that we are connected to. That is why I gear my recruiting efforts toward the athletes looking for more exposure. Some athletes are already on the level where they don't need any more promotion, people willingly do it for them. Whether it be the high school level, where I am looking for the diamonds in the rough and putting them in front of college coaches. Or it the NFL level, when Janesh is bringing light to the athletes that don't quite make it to the ESPN limelight level. For an example, you can reference one of my earlier posts and check out a segment I did on our athletes that have entered the draft after this past football season. "The Blessings Of The Underexposed" shows our premiere athletes battle both getting into top performing shape as well as staying sane as the media continues to build up the "NCAA Stars".
I understand the pain of being underexposed. I was once in the same place as some of my high school guys, scratching and clawing to earn a college scholarship offer. Doing what ever it takes. I remember joining NCSA and paying crazy amounts of money and getting no
offers. I can synthesize with people that feel they have a lot more to offer than they get recognized for. I had high hopes of attending Gardner Webb, Bolling Springs, N.C. After that fell through, I was left to side with Guilford College who was not offering athletic or academic scholarships. One of the lowest points in my life. I felt I had failed at life. I was saved because I was blessed with a dad who would do anything to put me through college. I was fortunate enough to have a dad who was well off and able to afford a $42,000 tuition.

As I grow, I vow to fight for every unexposed athlete. Young or old, I am willing to go against the odds and put the underdog on top.
Again, I just want to thank God for all of our success and I pray to continue growing,
- Janesh
