I'd like to take this time to thank God for all of our success.

And endurance produces character, and character produces hope
As you watch this video, just know that this is not day one for these guys. They have been perfecting their craft each day of the year. It may not be every day on the field. Maybe it's just visualizing the next big play right before bed. It's small things that add up into the playmakers you see on Saturdays and Sundays. Catching and tucking the ball. Never bend over. Finishing drills. It's the little things that will build up that good relationship with the game. Respect the game.
Two words for you. Patience. The capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset. How many of you feel this way about football? Going D1? Or making it to the NFL? Do you have the ability to wait it out? Patience is a skill. When you don't hear back from your favorite schools, do you have the patience to grind it out just one more day? Maybe that letter is on the way or maybe they just want to see you at a camp first. To my guys that have offers, will you have the patience to wait your turn on the next level? Will you be able to coop with the senior that is playing in front of you? Will you outwork him until that spot is yours? Or will you just chalk it up without a fight for the starting job? To my potential NFL guys, who's to tell you that you can't play with the top level of football? Do YOU believe that you are capable to play on the highest level? Will you train until you get your shot to prove it. Persistence. Firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition. Now that your faith is built, will you hold to that faith and continue to press? Don't let anybody destroy your dream... I make my living off of the word persistence. Nobody believed in me from the start. Nobody but a few of my friends. Now you are reading this. In this world, you have to show people that you are serious. Never stop pressing for the things you believe in. Take your respect. Demand it. Build yourself up. Build your own pride. I don't call it cocky, I call it persistence. Make your mind up that you will be the guy that was slept on and change everybody's mind about you. Do you know how that would feel? To go from a nobody to somebody that everybody knows and respects? All eyes on you when you walk into a room. No longer will you settle for being in the shadows. Every one of you are bosses. Can you imagine walking around and everybody is whispering about you in amazement. You can have it. What ever dreamworld I just took you to mentally, you can have it, it's possible. You just have to find your path to get there. If you stay persistent you will attract the things in your life that you want. I am a witness.

By the way, Durham is not playing. Those boys are hungry. All I hear about is #Dudley vs #Hillside
Don't get outworked...
