Janesh's Relationship With Local Trainers And Tutors

God is definitely working in our life...

I have made a host of connections in the training industry that have all joined the mission of Janesh. Everyone except our interns (college athletes) are certified, professional athletic trainers.  Here is how Janesh works;  A client comes to me (Josh) looking for specific style of training, or academic support, or a certain need.  Speed, footwork, strength, technique, SAT prep, overall tutoring, whatever the may be.  We access what we feel the client needs and merge the two ideas.  Once we agree on a direction for improvement, we then brief our trainers and tutors who will provide this service.  Janesh works with both sides to insure constant improvement and movement towards goals.  We take responsibility for modifying the trainer’s philosophies to get the most for the athlete(s) involved.

Our trainers:
Jimmy Lamour – Strength and Conditioning (Senior Trainer)
Will Bradley – Speed
Alex Tyson – Performance Training (Footwork Specialist)
A plethora of college athletes who train and drill on college-style technique

Our relationship with our tutors is very simple.  These people make their living by helping students excel academically.  A little bit about our tutoring staff: Our SAT tutor, Daniel Kidzarch, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he tutored many big time college athletes, some who not only graduated from such a prestigious institution but also play professionally as we speak.  Daniel knows what it takes to motivate an athlete.  He’s energetic, young, fiery, and communicates well, which I think is most important when relating to athletes.  Our organization’s overall tutor is Mrs. Kathy Dolly High.  She is a high school teacher who emphasizes care and nurturing.  She currently does work with athletes at Western Guilford but also spreads her wisdom to many young men and women looking for tutoring across the Triad.  She is a special woman and I think she is perfect for this job.
